We are now looking for a dedicated building technician / system mechanic (m/f/d) (sanitary, heating, air conditioning technology) for our development and production site in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm. Job details: As a building technician (m/f/d) you will ensure the supervision, operation and maintenance of the building's technical systems (RLT systems, steam, heating, refrigeration, plumbing, compressed air and gas supply) Your work also includes looking after the boiler house with gas, heating oil and biomass systems. You are responsible for the correct implementation of maintenance measures (troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs). Computer-aided building automation as well as coordination and support of service providers are also part of your tasks. You will carefully document the activities carried out, including in the computer-aided system (SAP PM). Your task package will include carrying out inspections on the building services systems to ensure economical and safe operation of the building building services systems Professional and personal requirements: You have completed professional training as a system mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning technology or as a central heating and ventilation engineer or gas and water installer (m/f/d) or in a comparable training occupation. Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the field of building technology or in one Similar environment and/or support and maintenance of building technical systems Additional training as a certified boiler attendant as well as experience with the operation of steam boilers with oil, gas or biomass are an advantage but not a must Good computer skills in MS Office, especially Word and Excel - knowledge of MSR systems is desirable Your reliable and responsible way of working as well You are characterized by technical skills combined with your ability to organize and work in a team.
