MECHANICAL ENGINEER PRODUCTION MANAGER
We are looking for an immediate start for our production partner in Zalaegerszeg
mechanical engineer production manager.
Expectation:
degree in mechanical engineering
undertaking an 8-hour work schedule per day (in office shifts)
immediate start (within 2-4 weeks)
commitment to loyalty and long-term employment
at least 5 years of managerial experience
at least 2 years of experience as a production manager or plant manager
leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational skills
Advantage:
5+ production manager, plant manager experience
knowledge of English or German
residence in Zalaegerszeg or nearby
Task:
ensuring smooth production preparation and production processes
production technology control, compliance with processes, ensuring and improving quality and quantity productivity
provision of quality assurance processes (providing indicators, documenting them, investigating incidents, etc.)
ensuring continuous production, maintenance of equipment and machines, elimination of factors hindering production
compliance with occupational safety, fire protection and labor regulations
production team management
making other suggestions and measures to help quality and quantity production
