Responsibilities:

Planning and supervision of construction works on the residential complex Bekatown in Arandjelovac.

Coordinating with a team of architects, contractors and other engineers to ensure compliance with project and quality standards.

Preparation and review of technical documentation and progress reports.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations at the construction site.

Managing project budget and resources to ensure efficiency and economy.

Communication with clients and relevant institutions regarding the progress and needs of the project.

Qualifications:

Diploma in civil engineering in the field of high-rise construction.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in residential complexes.

Responsible contractor license preferred.

Excellent knowledge of construction regulations and standards in Serbia.

Project management skills and ability to work in teams.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
