We are currently hiring for the 5* hotel
Domes Noruz Mykonos
based in the area of Agios Stefanos, in Mykonos.
Head Chef
Some of the responsibilities:
Supervises and manages all kitchen operations.
Trains and guides kitchen staff.
Oversees work schedule and ensures effective collaboration.
Ensures all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Applies hygiene and safety standards during the cooking and preparation process.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area
Order management and product & food inventory control
Requirements
Useful to have:
Graduate of cooking school
At least 2 years of experience in fine dining restaurants
Experience in a Michelin Star restaurant
Ability to manage kitchen staff
Knowledge and adherence to health and safety procedures
Knowledge of Greek and at least English
