is looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader Trainee to prepare an Internship for the 2025 season for the MarBella Hotel in Corfu.
Learning to coordinate and supervise the daily cleaning of rooms and common areas.
Working with the cleaning team to ensure all rooms and areas meet the hotel's high standards.
Participation in the training and evaluation procedures of the housekeeping staff.
Learning how to organize and manage the inventory of cleaning materials and linens.
Assist in allocating tasks and priorities to cleaning team members.
Resolve issues related to guest complaints regarding hotel cleanliness and amenities.
Monitor room inspection procedures to ensure quality and consistency of cleanliness.
Collaborate with other hotel departments (such as Reception and Maintenance) to resolve room related issues.
Requirements
Ability to lead and manage a team.
