At the IT University of Copenhagen (ITU), we are looking for a committed HR consultant who will help support our core HR tasks in close collaboration with skilled colleagues. Become part of ITU's HR team In HR, our main aim is to contribute to hiring those candidates - including international ones - who, with exceptional research, teaching and administrative qualifications, ensure that we continuously train more highly qualified and sought-after IT specialists, who are in high demand in the Danish labor market. As an HR consultant, you are part of a small HR consultant team and have daily sparring with both HR partners, HR lawyers and salary controllers. You will primarily deal with administrative tasks that support our sometimes lengthy and complex recruitment processes to proceed as efficiently and smoothly as possible. A working day A typical working day will e.g. consist of: handling and answering questions in relation to general personnel administration handling administrative elements of the recruitment process from publishing job advertisements, booking interviews, drawing up contracts etc. contribution to the continuous optimization of our processes/business procedures, updating of templates, preparation/maintenance of process descriptions as well as contribution to minor development tasks in collaboration with a colleague. light reporting in the salary portal A good working environment We prioritize training and introduction to both tasks and the team and place great emphasis on sidekick training and ongoing daily sparring.
