Worked as HR partner in Movia

As an HR partner in Movia, you play an important role in the organisation, where you have a daily and ongoing dialogue with managers about staff relations, competence development, well-being and other of our HR efforts.

With your HR advice, case management and flair for operationally reliable HR administration as well as ongoing sparring with colleagues in HR and the HR manager, it will be your task to contribute to Movia's managers being able to fulfill the overall strategy.

You will become the HR partner for Movia's large operating area with over 100 employees following an FOA agreement. You will also service other areas with AC and HK employees.

You will have 3 other HR partners and a personnel lawyer to support you in solving the task.

Three key competencies for the position

You work in a structured and detailed manner and thrive on tasks that require systematicity and precision.
It comes naturally to you to build and maintain relationships, you can get along with all types of people, and you have good communication skills in both writing and speech. You are able to conduct professional dialogues with managers and act as a sparring partner for other HR partners and HR consultants.
You have an understanding of public case management, political processes and organizational structure, which is why you also ensure the quality of your work in relation to the current context.

It is expected that you have a relevant education that supports the HR profile and have experience from a similar position. Experience with public agreements and contractual relationships is an advantage. The above skills are important, but we also encourage you to highlight other relevant experience in your application.

We solve tasks alone, together and cross-functionally

As an HR partner, large parts of your work will be independent tasks and areas. HR services the entire organization with HR operations and development. In addition to handling personnel matters, you must act as a liaison in smaller and larger HR projects, competence development and network programs, well-being measurements, etc.

We are 10 committed colleagues in the HR team, including four HR partners. We are responsible for all the organisation's HR tasks, including e.g. recruitment, management reporting, salary and personnel administration as well as terms of employment and personnel policy work. In addition, we deal with organizational and management development, competence development, working environment and employer branding.

Your future manager Thomas' management style is characterized by delegating and trusting. In your first time at Movia, you will also have an HR partner as your intro coach. The HR partner will show you around and get to know the organization better.

Movia is a joint municipal company that follows agreements and contractual relations under the National Association of Municipalities (KL), as well as other public HR legislation.

Facts about the job as HR partner at Movia

The position is for entry on 1 June 2025 or earlier.

Trafikselskabet Movia offers individual pay according to qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement between the relevant professional organization and KL. The position may employed part-time by agreement.
