Maintenance engineer

Implementation of the annual maintenance plans agreed with the clients; Participating in the audits of the managed locations, at the client's takeover and periodically (deficiency lists, equipment tests, system and scenario tests, necessary equipment lists, etc.); Coordination of maintenance and service activities for the managed systems and technical installations, checking the equipment in the locations, reporting identified deficiencies; Periodic verification of the works under warranty, notifying the general contractors in order to fulfillment of the contractual provisions; Completing the corrective maintenance procedure, for works that are not covered by warranty; Hiring service providers for corrective maintenance works, respecting the internal procedures of the company and the clients (analysis of offers, contracting, verification of invoices, archiving of minutes at the completion of the works, etc.); Keep in touch with the internal departments of the company, for all situations related to the activity carried out (accounting, standards and quality, purchases, etc.);Organization and participation in periodic site visits of clients;Planning and coordination of layouts and renovations by the tenants;Training of the beneficiary on how to use and maintain the systems;Preparation of all change notices or review of change notices issued by the site inspector;Inspection of the designed works and facilities, to check compliance with the plans and specifications and determining the need for repairs or renovations; creating reports and communicating the status of completed works, clearly and concisely; creating estimates regarding costs, labor, materials and working days for constructions and other projects related to his area of activity.
