Job Description
Responsibilities: Coordinates and organizes the production process in order to achieve the production plan established in accordance with the objectives and quality standards of the company; Follows the technological procedures (recipes, technological flow) for the manufacture of various products; Guides and monitors the activity of subordinate staff, is responsible for the fulfillment work tasks; Responsible for the smooth running of the production activity; Responsible for checking all technological parameters throughout the production flow; Studying and learning technological instructions and specific work procedures; Responsible for product quality and food safety issues; Availability for shift work; Benefits: Motivating salary package; Full payment of transport; Private health insurance; Overtime payment; Meal vouchers
