Bidding Engineer

For this job, you will have the following responsibilities: Acquiring and permanently deepening knowledge about the products and systems marketed by the company, as well as about the legislation and standards in force; Providing technical support for the company's products; Providing technical support for installation and service teams during the implementation of projects; Answering technical questions And solving the problems encountered by partners or clients; Contributing to the preparation of the technical documentation of the products (technical data sheets, technical manuals); preparing offers for clients and submitting the technical documentation related to the offered products; Regularly following up the status of the offers; Following up the assigned projects, from conception to completion;Translating technical documentation and catalogues;Supporting trainings and presentations;Identifying training needs for internal and external customers;Developing training programs and delivering technical training sessions for installers, service staff and commercial partners;Ensuring that all parties involved I understand the products and services offered, as well as their installation and maintenance.
