Job Description

Functional Disorders, Aarhus University Hospital is looking for an IT project manager who will help drive digital transformation and develop innovative IT solutions for the healthcare sector. The position is for 37 hours a week starting on 1 June 2025. Functional Disorders is a development-oriented clinic with many exciting tasks, which we hope that you, with your qualifications and competences, will help to solve. We research the causes of - and treatment of - functional disorders and health anxiety. The department has an active research environment where there is sparring and collaboration between many different disciplines and areas of expertise. The department also receives patients for examination and treatment. We treat approximately 250 patients per year. Many of our patients participate in research projects. The department only has outpatient functions. Also see our website [link removed] As an IT project manager, you will be a central player in the development and implementation of digital health solutions. You will work with everything from strategic planning to project management and implementation of digital solutions that support treatment processes and patient involvement. The position requires strong analytical skills, technological insight and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes. The position is filled with an employee with a relevant master's degree, for example technoanthropology. Responsibilities Internal project management of Internetbehandling.dk in close cooperation with developers, psychologists, partners, projects and regional administrative units Project management with a focus on the integration of technical development, user needs and therapeutic knowledge Contribution to strategic development and implementation of Internetbehandling.dk from research to operation, with a national perspective Contribution to the development of strategic partnerships with regional and national health actors to promote digital forms of treatment Communication about digital treatment solutions at local, national and international conferences and forums Change management in connection with the implementation of new IT systems Work tasks Ensuring the transition to operation for new treatment offers such as stomach pain treatment for children and young people Setting up and managing a digital treatment platform, including the development of iCBT interventions for various target groups Participation in various project and steering groups that work with internet treatment offers or similar digital activities, with a view to providing sparring regarding the adaptation of digital content, participation in research activities and relationship-bearing work back to the internet processing team Elaboration of website universe in relation to the use of the programs as, for example, processor and editor.
