Omilos Hotels is looking for a 2nd Cold Kitchen Cook for its hotels in Heraklion, Crete for the 2025 season. Responsibilities Prepare the post in the kitchen Prepare the menu according to the instructions of the 1st Cook Check food stocks Prepare the post for the next shift Prepare vegetables, starches, sauces, etc. and accompanying garnishes Tidy up the food store, freezers, vegetable market and all products with tags and dates Inform the First Cook of all expected shortages Ensure that the workplace and equipment are clean throughout the shift. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene We ensure that the entire kitchen area is clean. Necessary qualifications Graduate of a School of Tourism Professions To have worked at least 2-3 years in hotels of the same category. Quick and efficient under pressure Organizational skills Formality in assigned tasks. Team spirit To inspire his team.
