Communications officer for major change project at DTU - Dept. for Communication and Media

Do you have experience working with complex change projects? And do you want to be part of the team behind a major organizational and digital transformation of the study administration area at DTU? Then you might be the future communications manager in the 'New SIS programme' at DTU.

New SIS program at DTU 

As communications manager, you will be involved in the work of communicating the vision and purpose of the new study administrative system, which includes new standardized processes that will mean new processes and routines for both employees and students. 
The new system will put the student's needs at the center and mean more self-service solutions and automation of the student administrative workflows. 
The New SIS program at DTU is part of the national New SIS program community between seven Danish universities KU, CBS, DTU, ITU, SDU, AAU and RUC.
In the position of communications manager, you will have a central role in ensuring relevant and timely communication to the programme's target groups. A large part of the task is change communication, where communicating the vision, purpose and benefits of 'New SIS' becomes a core task. ​
Your main tasks

Prepare a communication plan for the New SIS program at DTU
Develop channel strategy and create consistency in communication 
Prepare templates and DTU-relevant content based on communication packages from the joint programme  
Support the program management and the project managers as well as the change network with communication products
Ensure a common thread in communication, including the use of visual means

Our expectations for you

In order to succeed and thrive in the position, we imagine that you have:
a relevant higher education
at least 5 years' experience with change communication in major projects or programs
organizational understanding and prioritization of identifying the right senders and receivers, as well as the good timing in relation to launching the vision and key messages
experience from a large and complex organisation 
good collaboration skills and that you thrive on having many different contact surfaces

You will be employed in the Department of Communication and Media (AKM) at DTU, but on a daily basis you will be in close contact and part of the New SIS program at DTU. ​ In this way, you are both close to the task and to DTU's communication specialists.  You will therefore get an office space in both places, but in practice it will merge, because it is the same building, just with a floor in between. The building is located on DTU's campus in Lyngby. 
Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment take place in accordance with the collective agreement for academics in the state or other relevant collective agreement. 
The position is for 37 hours.
Place of work is primarily on DTU's campus in Lyngby, but there may also be working days at DTU's other locations.
