Are you interested in HR, finance and administration? Do you like working closely with your colleagues in a varied everyday life with many different tasks?
The management secretariat consists of 6 employees, one of whom will soon retire. We are therefore looking for a new colleague, and the position of consultant in the Management Secretariat is available as of 1 June 2025.
What does the job include?
The hospital pharmacy has a small, flexible and well-functioning management secretariat consisting of 6 employees. We each have our own areas of responsibility, but we collaborate across the board. It is therefore important that you also want to be involved in the day-to-day operations, where various inquiries from colleagues are part of everyday life. We deal with management support, bookkeeping, finances, personnel administration and administrative tasks for the entire Hospital Pharmacy.
Examples of your tasks could be:
HR tasks and personnel administration, including hiring and resignations
Financial tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing and collaboration with our financial staff regarding budget and financial analyses
Daily service of the secretariat by phone, email and inquiries
Various administrative and practical secretarial tasks
Operation of the hospital pharmacy management, the management team and follow-up on tasks that cut across the hospital pharmacy
What does it require of you?
We imagine that you have an educational background as HK, with solid experience in HR, finance and administration in general. If you have a different educational background, but experience in the field, we would also like to hear from you.
It is an advantage that you have experience in the HR area, both in relation to employment, but also preferably collective agreements etc.
Furthermore, it is a plus if you have experience with financial management in a public company

You are good at handling data and systems
You are systematic, analytical and good at communicating and communicating both in writing and orally to several different professional groups
You are open-minded, independent and want to be part of a collegial community where we help each other.
You thrive in a smaller unit with diverse tasks, including ad hoc tasks
You want to learn new things, as our everyday life is constantly changing, and there are always new tasks, IT programs and colleagues.
You will learn a great deal about the daily life of a hospital pharmacy, but also about the related finances and operation, which is complex, as the Hospital Pharmacy deals with the trade in pharmaceuticals, production as well as service and advice on pharmaceuticals. You will be part of a happy and hard-working team who take pride in being able to help others. You will be a valued sparring partner for all Sygehusapotek's managers and employees who need your help. You also get many areas of collaboration and thus the opportunity for a versatile and exciting job.
In addition, the Hospital Pharmacy is working on several large projects, and there is continued growth in the workforce, as there is a great demand for the Hospital Pharmacy's services.
Salary and employment
Depending on your experience, you will be employed as a consultant according to the applicable collective agreement. You will have the option of flexible working hours and the option of homework, which is planned in collaboration with your colleagues in the Management Secretariat. You will refer to the hospital pharmacist. The position is basically 37 hours spread over 5 days a week.

About the Hospital Pharmacy
The hospital pharmacy is an independent business area with 250 employees, which supplies medicines, medical services and clinical pharmaceutical services to the hospitals in Region Zealand. We purchase pharmaceuticals and also produce pharmaceuticals both for stock and for the individual patient, especially chemotherapy for cancer patients. We handle medicines worth DKK 1 billion. DKK per year.
