Job Description

Assisting in the design and implementation of logistic processes in the warehouse and manufacturing

Supporting the analysis and improvement of existing logistic processes with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, costs, and customer satisfaction

Monitoring key logistics performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement

Assisting in the coordination of short-term process changes and non-standard activities

Participating in the documentation of logistics processes, including work instructions and training materials

Supporting the procurement planning of necessary equipment for process implementation

Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations from standard processes

Collaborating with different teams within the department to support logistics operations

Providing support in resolving urgent production-related issues

Qualifications

Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc

Advanced Excell skills

Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage

Proactive and structured work

Good organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills and teamwork

Fluency in English
