The Logistics Transport Department (MA/LOT-EMEA) Implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, transport damage management and other transport related processes.

Job Description

► Organization and monitoring of ovearseas transport

► Implementation of new lines, carriers in accordance with customer requirements

► Tracking open customs declarations for shipments worldwide

► Cooperation with international carriers and customs in order to close open customs declarations

► Timely reporting to those responsible in Karlsruhe on critical statuses of customs declarations

► SAP support for shipments from Germany (1-2 days per week shift work 11-19h)

Qualifications

► Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Economics or similar

► Knowledge in the field of customs operations (regulations, documents, export shipments)

► General understanding and interest in logistics processes

► Customer oriented

► Focused on accuracy, attention to detail and customer orientation

► High skills in MS Excel

► Skills in SAP and Power BI preferred

► English skills mandatory, German preferred

► Ability to work in a team
