Manažer plánování dodávek CEE/CEE Fulfillment Manager

Your role:_x000D_
As a Fulfillment/Supply/Planning Manager CEE, you will ensure the efficient and effective supply of products produced in the CEE territory and/or RESALE materials through the coordination of the Fulfillment team and the Sales & Operations Execution process. In addition to that, you will:_x000D_
- Coordinate work of fulfilment planners in direction of executing the IBP and S&OE plan_x000D_
- Continues review of purchasing plan to ensure right product mix on stock and service level targets_x000D_
- Responsible for materials availability to cover sales orders and stock replenishment_x000D_
- Place orders for goods_x000D_
- Responsible for KPIs for their products: stock availability, stock days, support OTIF_x000D_
- Plan and arrange transport to warehouse and to direct customers_x000D_
- Keep track of stock outs and alert all parties about_x000D_
- Review on inventory values/days of inventory for dedicated products_x000D_
- Keep driving decrease of slow moving inventory finish goods_x000D_
- Development of knowledge in terms of relevant SAP master data_x000D_
- Managing own portfolio in case of phase in / phase out /obsolete_x000D_
- Handle claims towards suppliers_x000D_
- Checking invoices from vendors and transportation companies_x000D_
- Manage flow of goods from and toward intercompany players_x000D_
- Manage inventory level of all finished products on the BGT/FCC level (including obsolete goods)_x000D_
- Lead improvement projects in area of territory supply chain_x000D_
Your profile:_x000D_
- University graduation (preferably in relevant business discipline) or Relevant Experience_x000D_
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in fulfillment or production planning, but we are also open to considering junior candidates with some initial experience in a relevant field and a strong willingness to learn._x000D_
- Proficient in English & Czech languages_x000D_
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills_x000D_
- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects under a deadline_x000D_
- Tactical and Operational Planning knowledge and experience_x000D_
- Systems knowledge and experience of SAP R/3 (MM and PP), APO SNP & IBP_x000D_
- Knowledge and experience of Reporting & Analytics: SAP BO, MS Office_x000D_
