Actuary Reserving P&C m/w/d as Product Owner in full-time or part-time We are seeking a skilled Actuary to join our team as a Product Owner at Central Reserving P&C. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for system development in the insurance sector. Do you want to grow with us? Your central role: Utilise your skills to enhance our actuarial infrastructure Assume Product Ownership within ERGO Group’s central IFRS17 actuarial system landscape. Work closely with actuarial, accounting and IT teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product strategy and objectives are clearly understood. Provide training and support for our entities during closings to effectively utilise our systems. Anticipate and address our customer needs. Ensure that systems comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to promote system development and implementation. Your profile: Motivated actuary with a keen interest for technical solutions Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics or a related quantitative field. Several years of experience in actuarial science, preferably in reserving for P&C insurance. Experience in IFRS17 is a plus. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and software. Experience in product management or as a Product Owner is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
