Our client is a foreign-owned factory with 40 years of experience producing innovative industrial products. We are looking for Jászfényszura to support production during their new investment
Quality engineer
Duties:
The main task of the quality engineer is to ensure that all necessary checks are carried out during the production process from the beginning to the end of the work process, so that customers only receive high-quality parts.
·       Management of requests from the client or internally, contact, communication,
Liaison with suppliers on quality issues,
·       Participation in the preparation and execution of external and internal audits. Creating, monitoring and checking reports,
·       Determining the requirements of intermediate and final inspections, preparing related instructions, communicating and teaching,
·       Compilation of PPAP documentation for the client, sending and storing PPAP samples, active participation in trial production.
·       Supporting the production and maintenance team in problem solving/troubleshooting activities,
Creation and updating of production-related documents (work instructions, inspection instructions, CP, FMEA, layout, etc.),
·       Maintenance and development of an integrated quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards and other customer requirements,
·       Participation in continuous improvement activities.
Expectations (qualification, experience, language skills, etc.)
Engineering degree,
·       Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance,
·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certification,
·       Good communication skills.
· Personal work at the site, no Home Office
·       Fluency in spoken and written English
·       Computer skills MS Office, ERP,
