Technical expert (Safety equipment, power supply and diagnostics technology)

The tasks of our new colleague will be
- plans, coordinates and supervises the repair, maintenance, renovation, investment, construction, demolition and scrapping works in his area of expertise, so that they are carried out in accordance with the prescribed time and cost plans, with the prescribed technical content,
- contributes to the definition of the framework of the regional technical activity, reviews and prioritizes the technical needs - taking into account the quantitative and qualitative indicators, the technical, operational, error and breakdown statistics and records - in order to use the resources efficiently,
- organizes, supervises and controls the processes necessary to maintain the technical standard, taking into account their relationship with other specialist areas, in order to ensure continuous railway operation,
- with technical analyses, reports and proposals, it supports the making of managerial decisions aimed at increasing the technical and technological level.
- participates - to the extent referred to in his professional competence - in determining the technical content of technical plans affecting his field of expertise, reviews and approves them in order to ensure that the professional aspects come into effect. Provides expert opinions and resolutions on other professional issues affecting his area of expertise,
- participates in the development, compilation, and implementation of development and investment programs affecting his area of expertise, so that the resulting products are produced in accordance with the objectives. Performs professional supervision during the implementation of the programs,
- prepares, revises and updates instructions for his field of expertise, ensures their introduction as soon as possible, in order to increase the level of technical activity and professional work,
- provides professional representation in company projects related to his field of expertise, in international railway organizations and towards the authorities,
- participation in the operation of a priority railway line.
What is needed to fill the job role
- higher specialized education – diploma (technical),
- higher level - prescribed for the specialized field - railway specialist exam (to obtain which the employer provides training in addition to payment of wages),
- knowledge of applicable laws, standards, regulations and internal instructions affecting your field of expertise,
- user-level MS Office knowledge.
