Cook C - NEW Hotel

Cook C is responsible for the preparation and cooking of basic dishes in a kitchen, under the guidance of the Chef. Ensures compliance with hygiene rules and the smooth operation of the kitchen. Basic Duties: Prepares and cuts ingredients for various dishes, following recipes. Cooks simple dishes according to instructions. Maintains cleanliness in the workplace and disinfects equipment. Assists in storing materials and monitors inventory. Collaborates with the rest of the kitchen team for the smooth execution of tasks. Requirements Culinary School Graduate Experience in a similar position (a la carte) will be considered an additional qualification. Ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time, ability to work under pressure.
