Main Responsibilities: Implementation of recipes and preparation of high quality dishes. Ensuring the application of hygiene and food safety rules. Management and guidance of the kitchen team. Responsibility for the organization and good condition of the equipment. Necessary Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (hotels, restaurants, catering). Culinary Degree or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of hygiene and food safety. Ability to cooperate and team spirit.
