To be successful in the position, it is important for you to know:

You will be given tasks that involve both personal care and practical help. It can be anything from helping citizens with daily tasks such as personal hygiene and dressing to easier cleaning and meal preparation.
You will primarily have to work every second weekend, during holiday periods (summer, autumn, winter holidays, etc.) and on public holidays, but there are also needs on a daily basis. The working hours are an average of 6-21 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours as desired.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, but also thrives in a team where we collaborate to deliver the best service at the highest level.

Part of your day will include transportation between residents' homes. We provide the necessary resources so you can focus on making a difference. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide your own car as needed.
