Carers to replace at home

Kolding Municipality is looking for employees for a citizen who has been granted hours for relief at home. The citizen has many skills and cognitive and physical challenges.  Respite at home is granted to look after and relieve the primary caregiver at home. The tasks can be different, e.g. walks, playing games, cooking together, reading, watching television together but also practical tasks such as preparing and serving meals, help with personal hygiene, dressing and daily cleaning. Making a home work.
Rehabilitative and motivating work is carried out in all tasks and continuous adjustments are made in line with the development of skills. A specific education is not required to carry out the job, you are thoroughly trained in what is required. For example

Access to the person you need to support, what they like/dislike, how they would like to be addressed, how they would like to be helped, etc.
Routines in how to perform personal hygiene and care tasks
Transfers and handling of aids
Daily routines and structures that support recognition and security

Is calm and good at tuning in to the citizen's needs

There are fixed working hours on Friday and Saturday in odd-numbered weeks. Friday from 10.30 to 20.30 and Saturday from 8-16. In even weeks, we need a permanent person for Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  We are looking for 2-3 people who can share the task together.  In addition, there is a need for flexibility if the family has other wishes.
Conversations with the manager and the family are regularly called.
