Online Order Operator, Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities / Job description: - preparing and issuing documents for the courier (invoice + AWB); - wrapping and packing the products for delivery; - handing over the parcels to the courier; - receiving/receiving the products, counting and organizing them in the warehouse; - updating the stock of the products based on the receipt note; - entering the invoices in accounting software; - arranging products on the shelf in the warehouse; - labeling, collecting and checking products; - ensuring and maintaining cleanliness at the workplace; - telephone support and customer advice / taking orders by telephone; - supply: placing merchandise orders with suppliers; - taking over products from suppliers and delivering them to the warehouse. - optimizing processes: And you will contribute to make things go even better. The warehouse is located in Bucharest, Sector 3, Aleea Mizil. Easy access from the metro stations 1 Decembrie 1918 and Nicolae Teclu, the distance to the warehouse is about 15 minutes on foot. It can also be reached by STB, get off at the IOR 2 tram station (lines 19, 27, 40) and walk for 10 min.
