Responsibilities
Ensuring high quality service according to Group standards
Kitchen and menu management of the hotel's à la carte restaurant
Assigning responsibilities and supervising the activities of the kitchen staff
Preparation of culinary events and similar initiatives and experiences
Ensuring quality standards (HACCP) and Health Protocols in the kitchen area
Kitchen staff training
Cooperation with external partners, suppliers and specialized consultants
Monitoring qualitative & quantitative targets
Ideal candidates possess:
Cook degree
At least three years of experience in a similar position
Orientation to optimal customer service and satisfaction
Team spirit, Creativity
Professionalism and Responsibility
Flexibility and adaptability to changes
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of computer use
