To find out more about , please visit , as well as the company’s and profiles. Responsibilities Manage the development, negotiation, and execution of PPAs for renewable energy projects. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on contractual terms. Optimize PPA structures to balance commercial risks and opportunities. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential buyers, pricing trends, and regulatory impacts. Develop strategies to position Principia Energy competitively in PPA negotiations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with energy buyers, utilities, corporate clients, and other market participants. Assess and mitigate risks associated with PPAs, including pricing, operational, and regulatory risks. Ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Track and report on the performance of executed PPAs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Provide regular updates to management and other stakeholders on PPA-related activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Energy Management, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience in managing PPAs in international markets. At least 5 years of experience in energy trading, renewable energy, or PPA management. Proven track record of negotiating and managing PPAs in competitive energy markets. Proficiency in Greek & English. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Effective communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work within multi-disciplinary project teams and establish relationships and work with marquee clients. Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and fast changing priorities. Creative independent thinker with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team. Ability to evaluate, coordinate and bring to resolution legal, political and regulatory issues related to the project.
