We are looking for a responsible and communicative person for the position of KODA - NORA spare parts dealer, a specialist who will ensure the sale and distribution of original spare parts to our partners and customers. What will your workload be?_x000D_
daily e-mail and telephone contact with wholesale customers and suppliers (immediate support and answering questions regarding goods and their current availability, order status, etc.)._x000D_
identification of spare parts code_x000D_
according to customer demand_x000D_
Answering customer inquiries (exchange of goods, modification of orders)._x000D_
work with ETKA spare parts catalog and internal system DMS_x000D_
administration_x000D_
connection with processing and shipping of orders (printing of invoices and delivery notes, communication with customers and carriers)._x000D_
