Product Ambassador/Manager – Cosmetic products

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person in the position of Product Ambassador/Manager for our assortment of cosmetic products. The person in this position will be responsible for promotion, sales and brand building within the Serbian market. In addition, she will be in charge of training and supporting the sales team, as well as managing relationships with key customers and distributors. 

Key Responsibilities:

Promotion and sale of cosmetic products of the Siberian Wellness brand.

Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen market presence.

Organization and management of educational events and product presentations.

Collaboration with marketing and sales teams at the national level.

Maintaining relations with existing customers and directing them towards increasing sales.

Monitoring of market trends and competition, as well as market analysis to improve the offer.

Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand visibility in Serbia.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, management or brand ambassadorship, preferably in the cosmetics or wellness industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.

Ability to independently organize and manage time.

Passion for health, beauty and natural products.

Knowledge of the market and consumer trends in the cosmetics industry.

Team spirit and ability to inspire and motivate others.

VII degree of vocational education and knowledge of English language is desirable.
