Construction Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Planning, coordination and supervision of photovoltaic installation projects from start to completion, including the stages of construction, commissioning and handover to the customer. Development of project plans, including planning of resources, budgets and deadlines. Development and continuous updating of the Gantt chart for each project, actively monitoring progress and identifying any deviations or problems that may arise. Working closely with the team of sales, design engineers and execution staff to ensure effective communication and timely completion of the project. Making decisions about the materials and resources required for the project, working closely with the procurement and logistics team to ensure their availability and delivery. Attending project meetings with clients and suppliers, ensuring that all technical and commercial aspects are discussed and resolved appropriately. Project visits together with PM-client, the internal team at least 1 time/project. Monitoring the progress of the project and periodically reporting its status to the executive management and the interested parties. Managing the risks and problems arising during the project, as well as implementing appropriate solutions. Effective coordination and communication with the project team and the other departments involved, including synchronization and close communication with the execution, the person responsible for the coordination of site managers and all employees who actually works on site. Supporting the sales team in the preparation and presentation of budget offers, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the established costs and margins. Participating in meetings and networking events to identify business opportunities and maintain good relations with existing clients and partners. Assessing the performance of the project team and execution staff, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. Participating in weekly meetings with the project team, providing reports updated about the status of the projects to the COO and CEO. Ensuring that all projects are carried out in accordance with the environmental, health and safety regulations in force, as well as with the company's quality standards.
