Project manager for construction and development projects

We are looking for an extra player on the team in Projekt & Bygherre.  If you want to play a central role in the development of Guldborgsund Municipality's construction projects within port facilities and infrastructure as well as air conditioning and water systems, we may have the job for you.  In order to lift current and future construction projects, we are looking for a project manager who can lead and take control of some of these exciting projects. One of the exciting projects you will be a central part of is the small Hesnæs Harbor on Østfalster. The harbor was hit hard by the recent storm surge, and now we have a unique opportunity to rebuild and transform the harbor into an attractive meeting point and tourist gem. Restoration of Hesnæs is one of the construction projects that you will get to work on, but you will also be part of a number of other interesting construction projects that we are about to start and which will become part of your portfolio. These include: Renovation projects on harbor environments in Stubbekøbing and Guldborg, etc. Establishment of a central parking area in Nykøbing F. - with a focus on climate adaptation and green planting Pre-projects for climate protection measures Development of business areas in the municipality Infrastructure projects - Eskilstrup intersection It is important that you are passionate about this professional field, and have a focus on the sustainable transition and see cooperation and involvement with local actors as an important factor.  About you As a person, you are committed, cooperative and value creating results together with colleagues and business partners - but also able to navigate in a political organization.   You have broad experience with project management of port and infrastructure projects in all phases, from planning and authority processing to planning, tendering and execution. structured and is good at keeping an overview, even when things are going fast. Your workplace and colleagues As a project manager in Projekt & Bygherre, you will be part of a professional team consisting of 14 dedicated and committed project managers who assist the organization as client advisor for the municipality's construction and building projects within a wide range of new construction, remodeling and renovation projects, urban spaces, ports, green areas and infrastructure such as the construction of roads and paths.   Dynamic and informal working community Our informal working community is based on a trusting tone and a high level of social capital, where professionalism is strengthened in an environment with room and space for sparring and knowledge sharing.
