PROJECT MANAGER / PLUMBING INSTALLER wanted for VVS & El Firmaet A/S, Ilulissat

As soon as possible, we are looking for a skilled and professionally strong project manager to take care of smaller and larger projects within the plumbing area in Ilulissat. 
We have many ongoing projects, including district heating in Kangerlussuaq, dormitory, airport projects as well as several ventilation tasks and a number of residential buildings. 
We are happy to adapt the position to our new colleague, and it will therefore be possible to tailor the position to you, so that it matches your skills. Perhaps you need flexibility in everyday life, where there is also room for your family, great nature experiences and adventures in beautiful Greenland.
Your areas of work and responsibility will include:

Customer contact - both from the office - but also out on the individual task, where you yourself have the contact and lend a hand.
Bidding and calculation tasks.
Personnel management and work management.
Management of schedules, logistics of materials and purchases.
Quality assurance.
Problem solver on technical installations

Professional and personal qualifications:

Qualified plumbing installer (preferably bilingual, Greenlandic / Danish).
Relevant technical education - preferably experience with heat supply, oil boiler, water supply and sewerage.
Has a positive and service-minded attitude to collaborate with external business contacts as well as with the rest of the organization. 
Professionally well-grounded and demonstrates good business acumen.
Independent, flexible, outgoing and cooperative.
Experienced user of the Office package, Calwin, Byggeweb etc. AutoCAD (but not a requirement)
Is set on a long-term employment relationship.
Not afraid to take the screwdriver in hand and help as needed.
Quality conscious 

You must therefore be someone who is just right enough to be lazy and curious enough that you are always looking for the smarter solution without compromising on quality. 
As a person, you are also systematic and structured and have a good sense of order. You can meet deadlines and take ownership of your tasks. You are also a team player and have a good and contagious mood.

About Ilulissat Ilulissat is Greenland's third largest city with approx. 5,000 inhabitants.
Most of the inhabitants of the town are employed in the fishing industry and fishing. But tourism has also developed in recent years to become an important part of the local business community.

Ilulissat is characterized by the Isfjorden:
Which is 40 km long, 7 km wide and up to 1200 m deep, and is one of the world's most productive glaciers.
