Construction project manager._x000D_
Workload:_x000D_
independent management of individual construction orders from the position of an investor - construction of pharmacies_x000D_
independent dealings with designers, contractors, lessors' representatives and others_x000D_
independent management of reconstructions and re-modeling of existing pharmacies_x000D_
technical supervision of the construction and reconstruction of pharmacies_x000D_
technical management of the sacred portfolio of pharmacies (construction, TZB)_x000D_
cooperation with colleagues and other company departments_x000D_
Position Requirements:_x000D_
Construction direction_x000D_
experience in the position of investor representative, construction manager or project manager, TDI, etc._x000D_
experience with commercial construction. units to OC with advantage_x000D_
knowledge of environmental construction and investor/contractor/designer/state administration relations; orientation in contractual documentation and construction technical documentation_x000D_
ŘP sk. B, traveling the ČR_x000D_
knowledge of working with a PC at an advanced level, using Autocad_x000D_
