I will support you as a consultant in the selection process, including interview preparation, salary agreement, start of work and probation follow-up.
Your duties in the new position
Coordination of the production quality assurance engineer team (e.g. support of training plans, performance evaluations, organization of training)
Supporting the start-up of production lines in quality assurance matters
Identification of product risks, development of control of new product processes
To organize the steps of control of production processes
Implementation of corrective and preventive measures regarding revealed deficiencies and quality defects
Monitoring and development of quality indicators
Blocking inappropriate products
Coordination of quality improvement projects
What you need to succeed
At least 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance
IATF 16949 system knowledge
Strong, confident English language skills
Higher education
