We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team, who will be an important support for the entire team and at the same time will provide first-class service to our clients and partners This position is a great opportunity for professional and personal development._x000D_
What will you be in charge of?_x000D_
Ensuring the smooth running of the client center and office - administrative support, ad hoc tasks._x000D_
Cooperation with the Sales team - support and coordination of activities._x000D_
Administration – copying, scanning, archiving._x000D_
Care of visitors and employees - preparation of refreshments, organization of company events._x000D_
Processing mail and data boxes, cooperation with a notary._x000D_
Orders for office supplies and communication from the facility services._x000D_
Cleaning Check_x000D_
Regular reporting._x000D_
Other tasks according to current needs._x000D_
Who are we looking for?_x000D_
Minimum SÅ with high school diploma, economic background an advantage._x000D_
Experience in a similar position is a big plus._x000D_
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)._x000D_
Czech language at the level of a native speaker, communicative knowledge of AJ or RJ is an advantage._x000D_
Representative appearance, reliability, diligence, independence, excellent organizational and communication skills._x000D_
Proactive approach, flexibility and criminal integrity._x000D_
