Euro Line d.o.o. is a growing FMCG company. It deals with wholesale, distribution, logistics and transportation of food products on the territory of Serbia, export and import from the region and from Europe. The wholesale assortment includes: milk, dairy products, cured meats, confectionery products, fruits, vegetables and other food products from domestic and imported producers. 

Due to the growing volume of work in the area of ​​procurement and the continuous expansion of the assortment of the company Euro Line d.o.o. We are announcing a competition for the position 

PURCHASE REFERENT (m/f)

Location: Vučkovica, Knić

Job and Responsibilities:

·        Monitoring the stock of goods and harmonizing the situation with other services

·        Planning, organization and control of daily incoming invoices and calculations, placing goods on balance

·        Ordering goods in the absence of the Procurement Manager

·        Monitoring the status of ordered goods

·        Reports on the quality of delivered goods and sends complaints

·        Regular monitoring of the code of goods

·        Participation in the formation of specifications and prices

·        Maintaining and monitoring the orderliness of supplier documentation, keeping records of contracts with suppliers 

·        Control of compliance with the agreed items of goods delivery

·        Planning the storage of goods by warehouse

·        Regular coordination with warehouse and commercial service to ensure uninterrupted supply of customers

·        Elimination of delivery failures caused by suppliers

·        Performance of other procurement tasks and preparation of reports by order of the procurement manager.

Conditions:

·        At least SSS

·        Preferred work experience in the same or similar positions

·        B category driver

·        Mandatory computer skills (Word, Excel)

·        Compulsory knowledge of another European language

·        Organizational abilities, precision, systematicity, responsibility, and quick problem solving, patience, persistence
