Prerequisites for the performance of the function:_x000D_
The applicant is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another member state of the European Union or a citizen of a state that is a contracting state of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or a natural person who is a foreigner and has a permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic, has reached the age of 18, is of full moral character, is of good character and is fluent in the Czech language._x000D_
Requirements:_x000D_
- technical higher education; the advantage is the fulfillment of the qualification requirements for spatial planning according to § 44 of the Act. ĸ. [phone removed] Coll., Construction Act,_x000D_

- good communication skills, knowledge of working on a PC, driver's license sk. B – active driver,_x000D_
