Sales officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintaining good relations with existing and establishing cooperation with new customers

Receiving orders from existing and new customers

Presentation of the sales program, application and expansion of the offer to old and new customers

Monitoring of debt status, credit limit and collection of receivables from customers who deliver goods.

If necessary and at the request of the financial department, organizes and provides assistance in the reconciliation of accounts, IOS and with the customers for which he is responsible.

Creation of offers, pro-invoices, advance invoices, delivery notes and invoices for goods and services offered and contracted with customers. Responsibility for the preparation of the same, timely recording of all activities with customers and completion of documentation.

Registration and up-to-date records of contracts with customers who have deferred payment (customers must have concluded contracts and adequate financial status within the credit limit)

Creation of orders for the reservation of goods and materials, orders for the separation of materials in the warehouse, orders for transport, creation of output documents of packing slips and packing slips-invoice.

Creation of purchase orders for goods, materials and equipment

Creation of orders and other documentation for express mail

Monitoring of delivered deliveries and filing of documentation according to which deliveries were made

Implementation of legal and internal regulations and procedures related to safety and health in the workplace, PPZ, ecology and other standards.

Respect for discipline

At the behest of the Head of VP/MP and the Director of Commercial, he also performs other related tasks, within his knowledge, working ability and professional qualifications.

General conditions:

Minimum IV degree of vocational education

Three years of work experience in the same or similar jobs

Knowledge of computer work, MS office

Category B driver's license

English language preferred
