Production manager - Giurgiu Free Zone

The production manager plans, leads and coordinates the production activity of the finished products category "premixes based on additives for the manufacture of feed for internal use and products for the welfare and hygiene of farm animals for external use" in collaboration with the local and Group support teams. Position responsibilities include formulating production process optimization procedures, scheduling daily production operations, planning material and human resources based on customer orders, qualitative, quantitative and delivery requirements, in accordance with quality procedures, volumes and budgeted industrial costs. Prepares and coordinates the manufacturing process for several types of finished products. Plan and prioritize daily production operations; determines and allocates raw materials, auxiliary materials, allocates and organizes production teams and prepares installations and equipment in collaboration with the maintenance-repair team, depending on production orders and specific production operations of various types of finished product, in order to ensure efficiency, cost control and delivery deadlines. prepares production statements in the ERP production module, checks stocks, manufacturing recipes, labor, required production time for each type of product, packaging method. Applies manufacturing procedures and recipes to finished product types, in collaboration with the responsible teams within the department Group operations. Apply quality procedures according to the quality system and good manufacturing practices: ISO 9001: 2015; GMP+FSA and participates with the quality management systems manager in internal and external audits. Monitors the development of the technological manufacturing process and prepares reports related to the monitoring of the manufacturing process or the events that occurred on the manufacturing facilities during manufacturing. Monitors, analyzes and presents, monthly, industrial performance indicators (production KPI): production volume, the ratio between realized and planned production; OEE; consumption and production costs; OTIF, workplace safety; etc; identifies variations vs budget and solutions for optimization. Manages and monitors the stock level and purchases of raw materials, packaging, consumables needed in the production process, maintaining a correct inventory, in accordance with production volume planning, in permanent collaboration with the responsible departments. Ensures records and reporting the situation of the physical and written stocks of raw materials, packaging and finished products specific to the production activity that it coordinates. Identifies and treats non-compliant products, guides the activity of storing finished products. It is ensured that the subordinate team strictly applies the safety and health rules in labor (NSSM), environmental protection and fire prevention and extinguishing (PSI).
