Job Description
The position as presiding judge for the Court in Frederiksberg is available to be filled as soon as possible. About the position The President of the Court is a judge and, as the court's chief administrative officer, is responsible for the court's grant-making and administrative matters. In this connection, the president of the court must ensure the efficient and appropriate operation and development of the court and must take the necessary initiatives to ensure this. After negotiation with the court's other judges, the president of the court decides on the distribution of the cases between the judges and on the administrative treatment of the cases. The administrative and managerial tasks in the court include, among other things, organization of the work in the court, personnel management, communication in relation to the press, the court's professional partners, users and other stakeholders, grant management, budgeting and budget follow-up, personnel administration, IT operation and building administration, as well as responsibility for the courts' unit for foreign service. The President of the Court is assisted in the day-to-day work with management, personnel administration and other administrative tasks by a head of administration, a head of secretariat and function and approx. 3 office clerks incl. a department manager. The court has approx. 125 employees, including 14 judges incl. the president of the court. Salary and terms of employment Employment as president of the court takes place on civil service terms. The position as presiding judge for the Court in Frederiksberg is classified in salary range 39. The position also comes with a personal allowance. The total salary in the position currently amounts to DKK 109,179 per month at current level (1 April 2025). The pension contribution makes up 17.1 per cent of the personal allowance, of which a third is counted as personal contribution.
