The job requires a capable independent budgeter, planner, with experience in creating budgets for more extensive events, designing ground structures, reading and processing project documentation, economically optimal details. Tendering part of orders, suppliers and materials._x000D_
Important for this position are the skills of engineering activities - planning individual phases of the project at the offices, support and cooperation with construction managers, if necessary, their short-term representation._x000D_
Part of this work will also be the recording of ongoing costs of the order._x000D_
The position is also suitable for graduates who have the necessary know-how to create budgets._x000D_
We require:_x000D_
higher education in construction_x000D_
Clean extract from the criminal record, integrity_x000D_
communication, organizational, negotiation skills and rational reasoning_x000D_
orientation in project documentation_x000D_
experience in the field of budgeting, but it can also be a recent graduate_x000D_
knowledge of the budget program_x000D_
user knowledge of MS Office, RTS or KROS_x000D_
the ability to work in a team within the construction preparation department_x000D_
