We are looking for an experienced
ELD Specialist
who is well-versed in FMCSA rules and DOT regulations? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and help our drivers achieve full compliance with all ELD requirements. 
Fluent in English is a must!

Responsibilities: 

Ensures Safety is the main priority by following, communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures

Install and configure ELD devices for clients in accordance with FMCSA rules and DOT regulations

Assisting drivers on the proper use of the ELD system

Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities to expand knowledge and skills

Maintain reporting of all issues encountered and all steps taken for resolution

Communicate effective to keep management informed of outstanding issues

Requirements:

Knowledge of FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations and experience assisting with ELD

Availability to work rotating and weekend shifts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and social skills, problem-solving and reasoning abilities

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of proficiency in English

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
