Job Description
Are you ready to play a central role in strengthening our safety, quality and environmental work? You will be responsible for ensuring that our processes meet our standards and the legislation. You will work closely with different teams to drive improvements, controls and procedures to create a safe workplace.
Be where it happens
You will be responsible for the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 processes, including the ongoing development and implementation in new departments. You will play a key role in the internal security and control procedures and you will contribute to maintaining other certifications and authority approvals. In addition, you will act as an occupational health and safety manager and drive occupational health and safety initiatives.
Are you ready to take on the challenge?
As our new colleague in HR, you will be responsible for carrying out compliance measurements to ensure that Securitas meets internal and external standards, as well as checking the physical security in the company, including access control and security procedures.
Your duties as HSEQ Business Partner in Securitas include:
Ensure maintenance of internal control procedures
Ensure, develop and implement control procedures to ensure that subcontractors meet legal requirements and internal standards
Carry out workplace assessments to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
Registration and follow-up internally and with relevant authorities
Registration and follow-up of occupational injuries and near misses internally and with relevant authorities
What do we expect from you?
We expect you to take ownership of tasks and ensure that they are completed correctly and on time. It is important to be able to make qualified and well-considered decisions in relation to assessing when there is a risk of breaking the law or deviations from the standards. In addition, it is important that you dare to ask critical questions and challenge the status quo. Knowledge of ISO standards and working environment organizations is not a requirement, but it is an advantage to have theoretical knowledge of standardized management systems and of working environment.
We want you to thrive and succeed, so we want you to:
Can work in a detailed and structured manner with compliance tasks
Has good written and oral communication skills
Able to analyze data and create reports to perform compliance analysis and measurements
Has knowledge of information security and data protection
You become part of a strong team
We are a department where community is paramount and everyone's input is welcome. We have different areas and therefore also competences, which we use across the team when it makes sense. We continuously try to develop and optimize our initiatives and processes in the pursuit of good results. We show up at the office with a smile and an informal way of working, but are also each aware of the responsibility that comes with our function.
Your team and fellow players sit in locations around the country, so there is a requirement that travel days are not an obstacle. However, we are flexible with homework and making it a 30-hour position for the right person.
Are you ready to feel the togetherness and create security?
If you are interested in creating security and becoming part of our strong team, we look forward to receiving your application and CV. We process candidates on an ongoing basis and call for interviews. The application deadline is 13 April 2025.
Joining date: By agreement, we are happy to wait for the right match.
If you would like more information about the position or Securitas, you are welcome to contact Process Development Manager, Morten Regnersgaard, at [email protected].
We look forward to meeting you.
