We are now looking for an experienced and skilled service manager/contract manager to strengthen our team in Randers.

About the position:
As a service manager/project manager at John Drejer A/S, you will have a central role in leading and coordinating our projects. In cooperation with the other managers in the electrical department, you must service both large and small customers, where you also participate in the day-to-day operations and development of the company.
You will be responsible for:

Plan and manage projects from start to finish.
Ensure an efficient and safe workflow on the construction site.
Quality assurance and documentation of own projects.
Motivate and guide fitters in the team.
Make professional judgments and make decisions.
Ensure that all applicable requirements and standards are complied with.
Communicate effectively with customers, business partners and authorities.
Participate in calculation and tendering.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology in electrical installations.

Qualifications:

You have a high degree of professionalism within relevant technical education, e.g. as an electrician or electrical installer.
3 years' experience from a similar position.
You have strong leadership skills and can motivate others.
You are a skilled communicator and can articulate yourself clearly.
You are customer-oriented and have a strong motivation to create success.
You are an independent and proactive person who thrives with a fast pace of work.
You are a good team player and contribute positively to a good working environment.
