SERVICE ADVISOR (PŘIJøMACøTECHNIK)_x000D_
We are looking for a new colleague for the service in Modletice, who can independently carry out sacred tasks and bring them to a successful conclusion, will be a partner for both customers and the team of mechanics at the service. We are happy to welcome a colleague who enjoys large machines, is interested in learning new things, and sees the meaning in taking care of a satisfied customer and colleagues in the workshop._x000D_
What will you be responsible for with us:_x000D_
Management of dedicated service activities from receiving a repair request to handing over the completed work to the customer_x000D_
Short-term and long-term planning of service activities_x000D_
Communication with customers, mechanics and warehouse workers_x000D_
Active control activity in performing repairs, assembly, workshop condition, vehicles, equipment, etc._x000D_
Ensuring administrative agendas including invoicing_x000D_
Maintaining contact with customers even after the completion of the vehicle repair_x000D_
What you should know and have behind you:_x000D_
SÅ, preferably automotive_x000D_
Experience in a car repair shop min. 3 years advantageous_x000D_
Very good communication skills_x000D_
Team player able to convey important information to colleagues_x000D_
Knowledge of working with MS Office_x000D_
Jewish correctional school. B, preferably sk. C_x000D_
Customer-oriented approach_x000D_
Resistance to stress_x000D_
Knowledge of the field of trucks and trailer technology is an advantage_x000D_
Experience with leading a small team a big advantage_x000D_
Knowledge of the English language is an advantage_x000D_
