Deliades Mykonos is looking for a partner for the position: Sous Chef Qualifications Culinary Arts Degree Proven experience as a sous chef or cook A' in a 4-5 star hotel Professional behavior and teamwork spirit Duties Preparation and execution in a la carte and set menu Ensuring proper operation of the kitchen and time management of orders Attention to detail and the final taste result and presentation of the dishes Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Carrying out duties of the chef de cuisine in his absence The company offers: an attractive salary package excellent working conditions in a constantly evolving and luxurious environment
