Required qualifications - skills
Experience of at least 2 years in a corresponding position in 5-star hotels
Knowledge and experience in a la carte and buffet restaurants
Ability to manage and manage staff
Excellent knowledge and application of food hygiene and safety policies and procedures
Positive attitude, with a will to offer, knowledge and proper guidance of the team
Culinary school graduate
