We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist!_x000D_

What will be your full time job?_x000D_
Administrative support of the operation of the wholesale trade (VO)._x000D_
Keeping minutes of proceedings and meetings and their records._x000D_
Records of contracts and other documents._x000D_
Completing tasks assigned by team members._x000D_
Making inquiries about product availability._x000D_
Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for the manager (weekly, monthly, quarterly)._x000D_
Working with ESO9 and Excel._x000D_
Management of B2B orders and work in the EDI system._x000D_
Request for complaints, credit notes and notices._x000D_
Filling in flip charts for customers._x000D_
Daily telephone communication with customers._x000D_
What do we expect from you?_x000D_
Administrative experience, ideally in a wholesale or retail environment._x000D_
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (contingent tables, basic analyses)._x000D_
Knowledge of the ESO9 system is an advantage, but not a requirement - we are happy to train you._x000D_
Ability to independently organize work and complete tasks._x000D_
Excellent communication skills and customer approach._x000D_
Diligence, reliability and team spirit._x000D_
