Join us as a German-speaking Retail Support Specialist!

Your primary responsibilities would be:

Answering customer inquiries at
German language
(email and call)

Providing information about the status of the order

Providing information on shipping costs and customs clearance of goods

Informing users about the possibility of order cancellation and refund

Help and information to the user about the invoice for payment and the extension of the deadline for payment of the invoice

How do you know that you are the right person for our team?

You have excellent knowledge of the German language (C1 level)

You have knowledge of the English language (B2 level)

You are communicative and like to help people

You are able to work in our office in Belgrade

You are motivated and responsible
