independent decision-making and management of construction work according to approved documentation and concluded contracts, production costing_x000D_
responsibility for compliance with established deadlines and construction quality_x000D_
coordinating the work of subcontractors, accepting their work in terms of quantity and quality_x000D_
processing and editing the construction progress schedule according to current conditions_x000D_
organization and management of a team of carpenters and ironworkers during construction in the Brno/Prague region_x000D_
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and PO_x000D_
ensuring that no construction logbook is kept_x000D_

What knowledge and skills should you have:_x000D_
SÅ or VÅ education in a technical field, preferably in construction_x000D_
we prefer experienced builders with knowledge of working on reinforced concrete monolithic buildings_x000D_
responsibility, accuracy, conscientiousness_x000D_
the ability to direct and control your subordinates_x000D_
proactive approach to problem solving_x000D_
basic knowledge of PC_x000D_
active driver_x000D_
knowledge of drawing documentation (construction)_x000D_
